Rainbow Mountain. AMAZING long distance mountain views and SPECTACULAR sunsets seen from all 3 levels. Just 1 hour north of Atlanta and 15 minutes east of Ellijay. A casual elegance and attention to detail inside and out makes The Haven a calm, serene, romantic retreat for 1 to 3 couples. Slow down, relax on gliders and Adirondack chairs on one of the decks and watch for wildlife as you gaze out across tranquil valleys and distant mountain ranges. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, daydream in the poet's loft, relax in one of the many reading chairs, listen to music on the stereo, play chess or board games, watch DVDs or cable TV, use the cabin wide WIFI to connect to the internet. Prepare food in the gourmet equipped kitchen or on the gas grill on the wrap around deck. Dine on the deck or at the oak dining table inside near the gas fireplace. Private suites on each level provide sitting areas, full bathrooms and bedrooms with luxuriously appointed king sized beds. Choose a robe from the bedroom closet to wear as you walk past the porch swing to the 6 person hot tub/spa from which you can experience awesome sunsets and starry night skies. Or, use The Haven as a home base for excursions to nearby towns, restaurants, shops, museums, fishing, sports and other outdoor activities including hiking trails at nearby state parks. The Haven is a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend, a week, or a month.
